Returns & Exchanges

Start a return in your account

You can submit a return request directly from your customer account on our website:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Open the order containing the item(s) you want to return.

  3. Click Request return and follow the steps.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping & costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please use a trackable service and keep the receipt. We do not provide prepaid labels unless otherwise stated. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union β€” 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you after we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
